California needs the new leadership offered by the American Independent Party, California affiliate of the national Constitution Party.

The A.I.P. will:

Stop the rape of consumers and taxpayers by the giant energy/utility monopolies;

Put the State on a balanced budget; end extravagant spending; reduce costly bond financing which has ruined the State's credit rating; and get rid of oppressive taxes such as the hated car tax;

Continue to require that the State budget be approved by a two-thirds vote in the Legislature;

Promote continued development of California's water resources for the benefit of farmers, families, and industries;

Encourage high wage manufacturing jobs for American workers, not transfer of these jobs to foreign countries;

Strictly enforce the immigration laws and stop all tax benefits to illegal aliens;

Support high standards in education, including encouragement of private schools and home schooling;

Defend Second Amendment rights of firearm owners;

Protect the right to life of the innocent unborn; and

Stop judicial abuses such as the recent 9th Circuit Court of Appeal decision to take "under God" out of the Pledge of Allegiance.

Californians need the American Independent Party and the American Independent Party needs your support. Vote American Independent!
