Eric Early | REPUBLICAN

As an attorney for 30 years who runs a nationally recognized law firm and been named one of America's top lawyers, who has fought and won lawsuits for scores of Californians, received major endorsements, and who has never worked for the government, I am uniquely qualified to protect all Californians from a failed government that has turned California into a Criminals' Paradise. I am a husband, a father and the son of a Marine. We must make California safe for all citizens of all races, creeds and colors. As Attorney General, I will put law-abiding people first, fight to set bail to stop "smash and grab" thugs from release, work to end the outrageous law that allows theft of $950 without punishment, stop emptying our prisons, support the brave men and women of law enforcement, take prosecutions away from the hands of rogue criminal-loving District Attorneys, and move the homeless into facilities with mental health and drug counseling services. As the America First candidate, I will protect against the growing Socialist/Communist threat, support our Second Amendment rights, and investigate government corruption and election fraud. I will protect parents from a government trying to control how we raise our kids and fight to stop schools from: (1) lesson plans dividing children by race, (2) teaching kids to hate America; (3) teaching sexually explicit topics to young children; and (4) forcing experimental vaccines on kids. We need to be tough and not politically correct. We need change in California. #VoteEarlyforEarly.

Anne Marie Schubert | NO PARTY PREFERENCE

California needs a real prosecutor to be Attorney General. That's me. I've worked for 30 years as a District Attorney, dedicating my life to keeping our communities safe. My passion for justice led me to be a national leader in pioneering the innovative use of DNA to solve crimes. That's how I led my office to identify and convict the Golden State Killer. Now I want to bring that same passion to stop the chaos of crime and homelessness that infects communities throughout our state. I'm not a politician—the politicians have given us this mess—I'm a prosecutor. I will bring accountability back to our criminal justice system. Crime and drug use are rampant in the homeless population, and career politicians have failed to fix this crisis. We must compassionately ensure that the homeless are provided mental health services and drug rehabilitation, but also demand accountability from anyone who commits a crime. I will reverse the Attorney General Office's policy of supporting early prison release for violent perpetrators of hate crimes, sex crimes, human trafficking, domestic violence and gun crimes. For all these reasons, the men and women of law enforcement overwhelmingly support me as their choice for Attorney General. They know I will relentlessly work for you to Stop the Chaos. I'd be honored to have your vote.

Nathan Hochman | REPUBLICAN

Do you feel more safe and secure today than you have in the past 2, 4, 6, or 8 years? I am running for California Attorney General because I believe the answer for all Californians is "No." Only with new leadership can we hope to solve our state's toughest problems: rising crime threatening our families and communities, out-of-control homelessness, and a fentanyl and drug epidemic claiming more Californians' lives each day. My background, experience, independence, and common-sense policies will provide that new leadership and restore safety as a basic right of every Californian. After graduating from Stanford Law School and clerking for a federal judge, I began my career as a federal prosecutor—bringing justice to criminals such as corrupt government officials, narcotics traffickers, violent gang members, and environmental polluters. I later served as an Assistant Attorney General of the United States Department of Justice, appointed by the President and unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate. Overseeing the Tax Division, I led a team of over 350 lawyers and successfully brought cases throughout the nation. In California, I continued to fight against corruption as President of the Los Angeles City Ethics Commission. In the private sector, I have earned a reputation as one of the nation's leading criminal justice attorneys, defending the constitutional rights of individuals against government overreach. I am grateful for the support of a bipartisan coalition of prosecutors, law enforcement officials, and elected leaders, including former District Attorneys Jackie Lacey and Steve Cooley. I would be honored to have your vote. Please contact me with questions at:

Rob Bonta | DEMOCRATIC

As your Attorney General and chief law enforcement officer, I'm fighting to protect the rights and safety of all Californians. Under my leadership, the Department of Justice has increased efforts to combat crime and get illegal guns off our streets. I am prosecuting ghost gun manufacturers and taking guns out of the hands of felons and domestic abusers. I launched new special investigative teams to apprehend sex traffickers, and I'm taking down criminal street gangs across the state. I've secured felony sentences in one of the largest organized retail theft busts in California history, and I'm partnering with local law enforcement agencies to increase funding of community policing programs, prosecutions of violent crimes and crime prevention strategies like addiction and mental health treatment. I'm fighting in court to protect Californians' constitutional rights. I'm leading a national coalition of Attorneys General to defend a woman's right to choose and uphold Roe v. Wade. I've also launched first-in-the-nation efforts to ensure every person—regardless of their race or income—is treated equally before the law. At my direction, the Department of Justice has launched efforts to hold major polluters and pharmaceutical companies accountable for breaking California law. I'm proud to have the support of Planned Parenthood and California's nurses, teachers, firefighters, and gun safety advocates. My parents instilled in me that helping others is our highest calling. As your Attorney General, I have the privilege of serving California and would be honored to have your vote. www.robbonta.com
