The Government held me in Federal Prisons for a ton of years, for a crime I did not commit.
I am still fighting the criminal case to prove my innocence.
P.O. Box 1884I am running for President to qualify for delegates to the Democratic National Convention, to ensure that issues important to all Americans are addressed at the convention and made part of the Democratic platform.
As a Social Security and Veterans disability attorney for over 30 years, I have seen firsthand the importance of Social Security, Medicare and Veterans Compensation benefits. Currently there is a serious problem with delays in the processing of Veterans and Social Security disability claims. We must ensure that our most vulnerable citizens and our veterans are protected.
There is also a long-term solvency problem with the trust funds for the retirement, disability and Medicare programs. We must address these problems and agree on vision to fix them.
While the Affordable Care Act has ensured that more citizens have healthcare coverage, there are still millions of Americans without healthcare. I will fight to make sure that the Democratic platform includes healthcare coverage for all.
We must also support laws that encourage innovation, investment in durable goods, machinery and equipment, and creating and keeping jobs in America. America must insist that the rest of the world trade with us on a level playing field. Our trade partners must adhere to comparable wage, environmental, and safety laws, so as not to have an unfair advantage.
I need 15% of the votes to qualify for delegates. I am a lifelong Democrat and former chair of our County Democratic party.
Thank you for your consideration.
4925 Independence Parkway #195I am asking people not simply to support my candidacy for president, but to be part of a movement of millions of Americans who stand up and say loudly and clearly that this country and our government belong to all of us, and not just a handful of wealthy campaign contributors and large corporations. To my mind, this is the only way to address the major economic, political, social, racial and environmental challenges facing our country.
Given the serious crises this country faces, now is not the time for the same old establishment politics. I am running for President to fight income inequality, create millions of jobs, raise wages, and provide health care for all Americans as a human right. Together, our movement will make public colleges and universities tuition-free, combat climate change, reform a broken criminal justice system, ensure equal pay, and reclaim our democracy from the billionaires who are buying our elections.
We need an economy and a system of justice that works for all Americans, not just the people on top. We need a political revolution demanding our government represents us all, not just the top 1%. If we stand together, there is nothing we cannot accomplish.

I'm running for president to tear down all the barriers holding Americans back.
That means breaking down economic barriers. Let's create good jobs that pay good wages, and invest in proven engines of economic growth, like manufacturing, small businesses and clean energy. Let's make sure women can participate fully in our economy, with paid leave, affordable childcare and at long last, equal pay.
It means breaking down educational barriers. I have a plan for universal pre-K, because all kids deserve the best possible start in life. Let's support great teachers and strengthen communities, so every kid in America can get a great education, no matter what zip code they live in. And let's make college affordable and student debt easier to pay.
It means breaking down barriers of systemic racism and discrimination of all kinds. More than a half a century after Rosa Parks sat, Dr. King marched and John Lewis bled, race still plays a significant role in determining who gets ahead or left behind in America. We need to invest in communities of color, reform our criminal justice system, and tear down the school-to-prison pipeline. Let's build a cradle-to-college pipeline instead.
There's so much to do -- from ending the epidemic of gun violence that has robbed too many parents of their children, to reforming a broken immigration system, so millions of undocumented people can finally come out of the shadows.
Together, we can overcome the divisions that remain… and replace barriers with ladders of opportunity for everyone.

I am running in the Democratic Primary as a pro-life democrat.
The Democratic Party has always stood for those who cannot stand for themselves. Martin Luther King, John Kennedy and Robert Kennedy all opposed abortion on demand.
3,500 babies will be killed today, 25,000 this week and 100,000 this month. I believe that life and personhood begin at conception. For those who believe this the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution and our humanity call upon us to oppose the taking of human life.
As a democrat you can stand up for unborn children by voting for me as a prolife democrat as opposed to candidates who advocate abortion on demand. No democrat should be permitted to seek the office of President standing on a mountain of 58,000,000 dead babies.
Please get out and vote your conscious in this primary. Get your friends out to vote. If you want to go to my website the url is Electhenryhewes2016. You can also go to my u-tube channel or to my facebook page.
